Please read these Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) carefully before using Holy House Prices (“we”, “us”, “our”), including:

• The Holy House Prices mobile app (“App”)
• The Holy House Prices website (“Site”)
• Related backend and online gameplay services (“Service”)

By accessing or using any part of the Service, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

1. Eligibility

The Service is intended for general audiences. By using the Service, you represent that you are of legal age to enter into a binding agreement in your jurisdiction. If you are under 13, you must not use the Service. If you are between 13 and 18 (or the applicable age of majority in your jurisdiction), you may only use the Service with appropriate parental or guardian consent and oversight.

2. Description of the Service

Holy House Prices is an entertainment game in which players view real property listings and guess home prices or property attributes, earning scores based on accuracy. Features include:

• Solo gameplay based on location-based property search
• Daily play with scored leaderboards
• Online multiplayer sessions joinable via invite link or code
• Property details and photos sourced from third-party data providers

The Service does not provide real estate advice, investment guidance, or professional valuations of any kind.

3. Accounts and Identity

The App uses a guest-based identity model. You are not required to create a persistent account. You choose a display name to participate in gameplay and leaderboards.

You are responsible for:

• Choosing a display name that does not impersonate another person, infringe third-party rights, or violate these Terms
• Any activity conducted under your display name or session

We reserve the right to reject, remove, or reassign any display name that violates these Terms.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree to use the Service only for its intended purpose. You must not:

• Attempt to manipulate, exploit, or artificially inflate scores or leaderboard rankings
• Use automated tools, bots, scripts, or scrapers to interact with the Service
• Attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the Service
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any backend system, API, database, or infrastructure
• Probe or test the security of the Service without explicit written permission
• Transmit malicious code, malware, or any content designed to disrupt the Service
• Use the Service in any way that violates applicable local, national, or international law
• Harass, threaten, or harm other players or users in any way

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access for any violation of these Terms.

5. Online Sessions and Multiplayer

Online multiplayer sessions are time-limited (approximately 7 days) and are identified by a session ID and invite token. By participating in an online session you acknowledge:

• Your chosen display name and gameplay scores are shared with other session participants
• Display names and scores appear on session leaderboards visible to all participants
• Session invite links may be shared outside the App and contain a session token in the URL
• You are responsible for deciding with whom you share your invite link

6. Leaderboards

Daily play leaderboard entries include your display name, score, and optional location fields (city, state) you choose to provide. Leaderboard entries are visible to other users of the Service.

Current infrastructure does not apply an automatic expiry to daily play leaderboard records. Entries may persist until a deletion request is fulfilled or retention policies are updated.

7. Property Data and Informational Purposes Only

Property listings, photos, prices, and related data displayed in the App are sourced from third-party real estate data providers and are provided solely for entertainment and gameplay purposes. The Service does not:

• Guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or currency of any property data
• Constitute real estate, legal, financial, or investment advice
• Represent the availability or listing status of any property

You should not rely on any information obtained through the Service to make real estate or financial decisions. Always consult qualified professionals for those purposes.

8. Advertising

The mobile app may display advertisements served by third-party advertising networks, including Google Mobile Ads (AdMob). By using the App, you acknowledge that:

• Ads may appear at various points during gameplay
• Current ad configuration requests non-personalized advertising
• Advertising content is controlled by third-party ad networks and is not our content

9. Intellectual Property

All content, design, software, code, branding, trademarks, logos, and other materials comprising the Service are owned by or licensed to Holy House Prices and are protected by applicable intellectual property law.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Service for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes in accordance with these Terms. You may not:

• Copy, distribute, publish, or resell any part of the Service or its content
• Use our trademarks, logo, or branding without prior written permission
• Create derivative works based on Service content or code without written permission

10. User-Provided Content

Where you submit display names or other text to the Service, you represent that:

• You have the right to provide that content
• It does not infringe any third-party intellectual property rights
• It does not contain unlawful, harmful, obscene, or discriminatory content

You grant us a worldwide, royalty-free license to use submitted gameplay information (such as display names and scores) for the purposes of operating the Service, including displaying results on leaderboards.

11. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, NON-INFRINGEMENT, OR UNINTERRUPTED OR ERROR-FREE OPERATION.

We do not warrant that:

• The Service will be available at all times or without interruption
• Property data shown in the App is accurate, complete, or up to date
• Any particular feature will remain available indefinitely
• The Service is free from viruses or other harmful components

12. Limitation of Liability

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, HOLY HOUSE PRICES AND ITS OPERATORS, AFFILIATES, LICENSORS, EMPLOYEES, AND AGENTS WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR:

• Indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages
• Loss of data, revenue, profits, or business opportunity
• Damage arising from reliance on property data or gameplay outcomes
• Any activity or content of third-party services integrated with or linked from the Service

SOME JURISDICTIONS DO NOT ALLOW LIMITATIONS OF LIABILITY FOR CERTAIN TYPES OF DAMAGES; IN SUCH JURISDICTIONS OUR LIABILITY IS LIMITED TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW.

13. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Holy House Prices and its operators, affiliates, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from:

• Your use of the Service in violation of these Terms
• Content you submit to the Service
• Your violation of any applicable law or third-party right

14. Third-Party Services and Links

The Service integrates with and may link to third-party services (for example, property data providers, advertising networks, and cloud infrastructure providers). We do not control third-party services and are not responsible for their content, terms, or privacy practices. Links to third-party content are provided for convenience only and do not constitute endorsement. Third-party services you interact with through the Service are governed by their own terms and privacy policies.

15. Service Availability and Modifications

We reserve the right to:

• Modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time without notice
• Change gameplay rules, scoring, or features
• Update or modify these Terms at any time

Continued use of the Service after changes to these Terms constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

16. Changes to These Terms

When we update these Terms, we will revise the “Last updated” date at the top of this document. If changes are material, we may provide additional notice. Your continued use of the Service after any update constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

17. Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms are governed by and construed under the laws of the jurisdiction in which the Service operates, without regard to conflict of law principles. If you have a dispute regarding these Terms or the Service, please contact us first to seek resolution informally.

18. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision will be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it enforceable, and the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.

19. Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with our Privacy Statement, constitute the entire agreement between you and Holy House Prices regarding your use of the Service, and supersede all prior agreements or understandings relating to the same.
